Booking Process
Making a booking.
You can book one of our special tour plans or you can get one customized for you.
Exclusive Specials - If you choose one of special tours you still have the chance to discuss about making slight changes according to your preferences and accordingly we will present you the final tour plan with exact places of accommodation.
Customizable Tours - If you choose one of our customizable tours once you have let us know your preferences and requirements we come up with a matching itinerary to fit into your exact needs. It consists of all the details of the tour destinations ,exact places of stay (Hotel, Guest House,Villa etc), exact tour map, meal plans, excursions , activities , terms and conditions and the tour price. You can make any number of changes in the itinerary until you can be fully satisfied of it before we agree on a final tour plan which we consider as the final agreement.
Confirming a booking
Once we have agreed on a final tour plan you can confirm the booking by paying 25% of the agreed tour price.
Payment Method -
Bank transfer is the payment method.
Balance Payment -
You have to pay the balance of the payment 14 days before the start of the tour. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of all tour arrangements with our service providers.
Once you have made the full payment we are bound by the final agreement to operate the tour exactly as stated in it.
Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your trip for any reason and you will receive a full refund up to 21 days before arrival

If you cancel between 21-14 days before arrival you will receive a 50 % refund

If you have to cancel your trip within 14 days before arrival we will still make you a refund deducting non refundable in-destination costs from the payment you have made. In that case the decision on the amount to be refunded or no amount be refunded at all is entirely at our discretion.

If we have to cancel your trip due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances we give you a 100 % refund.

You can postpone or transfer your trip with no additional cost at all
As for one day tours ; you can cancel the tour for any reason 12 hours before the start of the tour absolutely free of charge. We guarantee you a 100 % refund. If you cancel within 12 hours you will receive a 50% refund

Best Time To Visit
Sri Lanaka is a year-round destination with consistent warmth and lots of sunshine, with temperatures averaging at about 29°C. It’s normally hotter in coastal areas and the lowlands than in areas with higher altitude. In Kandy temperature avarages at aorund 24°C while hill station Nuwaraeliya temperature averages around 14 °C.
The best time to visit the country is between December and April. The south west monsoon begins in May and will hang on until late September. Even then most of the days are sunny and warm. Particularly August and September are a bit hotter within monsoon season. October and November will see occasional downpours.
Northern and eastern part of the country will receive northeastern monsoon between October and December.
Best time to visit that part of the country is between May and September.
The central hills could experience frequent downpours during October and November.
Safety & Covid 19
Sri Lanka has made excellent strides with its vaccination process. It is going at a heightened pace right now and nearly 85% of the population over 20 has been fully vaccinated and nearly 99 % has taken at least one dose. Sri Lankan government hopes to reach the 100 % vaccinated goal by the end of November. So Sri Lanka can fairly be regarded as one of the safer holiday destinations.
If you are fully vaccinated

Take a negative PCR test 72 hours or less before your flight.

Make sure you have your original vaccination certificate to show at the airport.
